Dalteks Vatka has manufactured shoulder pads, jacket pads, sleeve-head rolls and bra cups for garment and apparel manufacturers since 1984. German production technology introduced to Türkiye when the company was founded is now used together with our computer-aided pattern preparation and production line.
At our Istanbul facility, we manufacture shoulder pads, sleeve-head rolls, bra cups and moulded cups. We prepare products according to the pattern, dimensions, material and approved physical sample, and develop models suitable for bridalwear, eveningwear, suits and everyday garment production.
We plan bulk orders by product code, dimensions and application, and prepare production against the approved physical sample. Confirmed measurements, shape and material details remain the shared reference during production checks.
