Material layout
Fabric, foam and filling materials are arranged in the layer sequence defined for the product. Material direction, surface integrity and evenness of the lay are checked before the moulding and cutting stages begin.

Manufacturing
We plan shoulder pad and bra cup manufacturing around pattern, material, dimensions and end use. The approved physical sample remains the reference for every production lot.
Moulding
The prepared layers are shaped under controlled conditions according to the form, thickness and surface of the approved physical sample. Pressure and placement are monitored for the product type so the same form is maintained throughout the production run.
Cutting
The shaped components are cut according to the approved dimensions and pattern. Left-right matching, edge finish and dimensional consistency are checked before the pieces move to the next production stage.
Quality control
Completed components are compared with the approved sample for dimensions, thickness, left-right symmetry, surface finish and form. Conforming products are paired and prepared for dispatch, while pieces with dimensional or form deviations are separated.
