At the request stage, dimensions, shape, application area and estimated order quantity should be clearly shared. Bulk production should be carried out according to the technical specifications of the approved sample.
During the sampling stage, DALTEKS checks the component position on the pattern, edge transition, surface appearance and left-right alignment. The approved physical sample is accepted as the reference for subsequent production.
When submitting a request, the product code, estimated quantity, colour, size and application method should be clearly specified. This prevents unnecessary changes between the sample and bulk production.
