For satin, velvet, tulle, and similar fabrics, the shoulder pad should not show through from the outside. Therefore, edge thinness and compatibility with the shoulder shape are evaluated on the sample.
During the sampling stage, DALTEKS checks the component's position in the pattern, edge transition, surface appearance, and left-right alignment. The approved physical sample is accepted as the reference for subsequent production.
When submitting a request, the product code, estimated quantity, color, measurement, and application method must be clearly specified. This helps prevent unnecessary changes between the sample and bulk production.
