First, the center, lower line, and side points are marked; then tension-free stitching is applied along the edge. Placement and outer-surface appearance should be checked on the sample before bulk production.
During the sampling stage, DALTEKS checks the component's position in the pattern, edge transition, surface appearance, and left-right alignment. The approved physical sample is accepted as the reference for subsequent production.
When submitting a request, the product code, estimated quantity, color, measurement, and application method must be clearly specified. This helps prevent unnecessary changes between the sample and bulk production.
