The support level does not depend on the molded cup alone; the main fabric, elastic construction and garment pattern work together. For removable pads, pocket dimensions and preventing pad rotation are important.
During the sampling stage, DALTEKS checks the component position on the pattern, edge transition, surface appearance and left-right alignment. The approved physical sample is accepted as the reference for subsequent production.
When submitting a request, the product code, estimated quantity, colour, size and application method should be clearly specified. This prevents unnecessary changes between the sample and bulk production.
