In blazer, eveningwear, and outerwear designs, shoulder width and shoulder-pad height are planned together. Excessively thick or incorrectly positioned shoulder pads can distort the garment pattern.
During the sampling stage, DALTEKS checks the component's position in the pattern, edge transition, surface appearance, and left-right alignment. The approved physical sample is accepted as the reference for subsequent production.
When submitting a request, the product code, estimated quantity, color, measurement, and application method must be clearly specified. This helps prevent unnecessary changes between the sample and bulk production.
