Especially in voluminous sleeve designs, shoulder padding reduces fabric collapse and supports the sleeve crown. In the application, the armhole, shoulder-pad edge, and seam allowance must be compatible with one another.
During the sampling stage, DALTEKS checks the component's position in the pattern, edge transition, surface appearance, and left-right alignment. The approved physical sample is accepted as the reference for subsequent production.
When submitting a request, the product code, estimated quantity, color, measurement, and application method must be clearly specified. This helps prevent unnecessary changes between the sample and bulk production.
