The correct product should be selected by considering the garment pattern, cup depth, fabric stretch, edge shape and required support level together. During sampling, surface smoothness, pair symmetry and the method of securing the component inside the garment should be checked.
During the sampling stage, DALTEKS checks the component's position in the pattern, edge transition, surface appearance and left-right alignment. The approved physical sample is accepted as the reference for subsequent production.
When submitting an inquiry, the product code, estimated quantity, color, measurement and application method should be clearly specified. This helps prevent unnecessary changes between the sample and bulk production.
