Ask which customer, facility, product group and period each approval covers. A general approval statement is insufficient when its scope does not match the shoulder pad being ordered.
During the sampling stage, DALTEKS checks the component position on the pattern, edge transition, surface appearance and left-right alignment. The approved physical sample is accepted as the reference for subsequent production.
When submitting a request, the product code, estimated quantity, colour, size and application method should be clearly specified. This prevents unnecessary changes between the sample and bulk production.
