The push-up effect does not depend solely on the amount of padding; cup depth, underwire line, size range, and fabric stretch affect the result. Left-right matching and seamless transitions on the outer surface should be checked during sampling.
During the sampling stage, DALTEKS checks the component's position in the pattern, edge transition, surface appearance, and left-right symmetry. The approved physical sample is accepted as the reference for subsequent production.
When submitting a request, the product code, estimated quantity, color, size, and method of application should be clearly specified. This helps prevent unnecessary changes between the sample and bulk production.
