The push-up effect does not depend solely on the amount of padding; cup depth, underwire line, size range and fabric stretch also affect the result. Left-right matching and transitions that do not create marks on the outer surface should be checked in the sample.
During the sampling stage, DALTEKS checks the component's position in the pattern, edge transition, surface appearance and left-right alignment. The approved physical sample is accepted as the reference for subsequent production.
When submitting an inquiry, the product code, estimated quantity, color, measurement and application method should be clearly specified. This helps prevent unnecessary changes between the sample and bulk production.
