Whether the cup fits the pocket dimensions, remains in place during wear, and can be removed before washing is assessed according to the design. Triangle, round, and oval shapes do not produce the same result in the same pocket pattern.
During the sampling stage, DALTEKS checks the component's position in the pattern, edge transition, surface appearance, and left-right symmetry. The approved physical sample is accepted as the reference for subsequent production.
When submitting a request, the product code, estimated quantity, color, size, and method of application should be clearly specified. This helps prevent unnecessary changes between the sample and bulk production.
