When selecting shoulder pads, width, length, thickness, edge taper and material construction are checked together. Bulk production is planned while maintaining the left-right symmetry and dimensional tolerances of the approved physical sample.
During the sampling stage, DALTEKS checks the component position on the pattern, edge transition, surface appearance and left-right alignment. The approved physical sample is accepted as the reference for subsequent production.
When submitting a request, the product code, estimated quantity, colour, size and application method should be clearly specified. This prevents unnecessary changes between the sample and bulk production.
